I was born and raised right here in Kenosha, WI. and have worked as a Hair Colorist in Illinois for the past 20 years. I was introduced to this Aesthetic Industry about 5 years ago from my good friend and Nurse Injector, Mellisa Feldman. She gave me my first Botox treatment and I fell in love with the way it made me look refreshed, and most importantly, like my younger self! After that, my husband works in the Medical Industry and mentioned that his close friend Dr. Williams was looking to have some "Botox parties". He wanted to know if I would be interested in hosting and inviting some close friends. We ended up doing several of these get togethers and before I knew it, the referrals and requests never stopped coming. We then decided to collaborate with my Sister In Law Stacy, who owns Ruffolo's Hair Studio. We all agreed that it would be a great fit since she was looking to expand her Salon and offer her clients as many services under one roof as she could. Kenosha Botox and Filler Events became a weekly and biweekly certainty. In August of 2020, The Injection Bar became our official business name and from there Tracy and I started expanding our services as well, dipping into PRP, Microneedling etc. Due to our amazing returning clientele and their continued referrals, we will keep adding Medical Aesthetic treatments and procedures, staying up to date with the latest and greatest. We love the environment, comfort and fun vibe of the salon atmosphere here at Ruffolo's. We sincerely Thank You for your continued support and look forward to all we have to offer in the future!

We were linked when a family secret from 60 years ago was revealed! We have been inseparable ever since! Kenosha Botox and Filler Events became a weekly and biweekly certainty. In August of 2020, The Injection Bar became our official business name and from there Tracy and I started expanding our services and the business took on a whole new life. In August of 2022, we made a big decision to buy our very own property not far from Ruffolo's Hair Studio, which was our previous home. Due to our amazing returning clientele and their continued referrals, we continue to add more and more Medical Aesthetic treatments and procedures, staying up to date with the latest and greatest! I have been in the medical field nearly my whole life. I started out as an in-home CNA when I was just 16. A few years prior to, and during my nursing school, I spent 7 years as a specialized ASCP certified phlebotomist drawing blood from the tiniest humans in the NICU and the critically ill & injured in the ER. It was there that I earned the respect of many other Nurses and Physicians. I quickly became a “go to person” for the hardest blood draws and IV insertions. Those years gave me experiences that I will carry with me forever, especially the passion for being precise with a needle. I graduated with my Associates of Applied Sciences Nursing Degree here in Kenosha at Gateway Technical College in 2013. For the longest time, I thought being a good nurse meant that I had to save lives-medically. However, It was during one of my own hardships that I realized I could still save people just by renewing their confidence and helping them to feel beautiful. Self confidence can make a world of difference in a person’s soul, & that’s the type of nursing I wanted to make the most out of! As an Aesthetic Nurse at The Injection Bar, I want to make your experience the best it can be. I aspire to be your “go to person” for the dose of confidence and self love we all deserve! I received my Aesthetic Nursing Certifications from Industry leading courses in Scottsdale, AZ, Chicago, IL, & Minneapolis, MN. I am Advanced Technique Certified in all of the procedures we offer. I am also honored to be very involved in Galderma & Allergan trainings with their Master Injectors. We are frequently invited to the most exclusive training sessions and have even been chosen to host these events at our office. I enjoy every moment of learning from the best in the industry and helping others learn from me as well! "If you are the smartest person in the room, then you are in the wrong room!" I take my continuing education in this field very serious and think it is imperative in providing our clients with the best possible outcomes... Natural, Beautiful & Refreshed!

Aside from being our Medical Director, Dr. O'Rell "Ron" Williams, MD. is an Internal Medicine specialist who recently made the move from Milwaukee to Racine, WI. While attending the University of Wisconsin Medical School, Dr. Williams and Cindi met through a close family friend. Little did they know their friendship would grow into the perfect collaboration of Medicine and Aesthetics. He graduated in 2001 and now has over 20 years of diverse experience in the Medical World. He is affiliated with many different hospitals in South Eastern Wisconsin. We are honored to work under Dr. Williams as he is a great friend and a caring, wonderful person!
