Sclerotherapy is considered the treatment of choice for small spider veins, not larger varicose veins. **Depending on how many areas need to be treated, you may be required to use pantyhose style 20 mmHg compression stockings to achieve optimal results. These must be purchased from an outside source prior to treatment. We recommend purchasing from Amazon as they are much cheaper and readily available than any local drug store.
